Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange item(s) within 10 days of receiving them. Returned or exchanged items must be with all tags in place, unused and in good condition. To initiate a return or an exchange, please look for the returns link on the bottom of our home page or contact our customer care team on hello@everpret.com. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with the policy mentioned above. Please note that returns take 5-7 business days to be processed once received by our returns center.
